I need clarification, when you say the buyer never funded, are you talking about they never put down the earnest money or they didn\'t pay at closing? I agree with several others, you need to get your broker involved. I would call the other agent as well and ask what the status is and where the buyers are and can they get this cleared up. But you can also have your broker call the other broker and try to get it cleared up.
