The REALTOR , Delia Yao Nogar is a Graduate of Holy Infant College in the Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce with a Major in Banking and Finance and a Minor in Management. She worked at one of the largest banks in the U.S. for 28 years in the Real Estate Department.
Delia has been a Realtor over 20 years. She earned 'Rookie of the Year', her first year working at Century 21 Southwest. She was 'Top Producer' the following year at Century 21 Southwest. Delia loves helping clients buy and sell homes.
