The amount of effort and time that Delia put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent the time that was needed walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, Delia was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need. I know I was in good hands cause she was my brother Israel and Debra Reyes real estate agent. So Delia is a fantastic realtor, extremely responsive, good advice,extensive knowledge she was a huge help. We put the house on the market on Friday that same day we had showings for the next day that was Saturday. We sold the house in 4 weeks that is amazing in such a short period of time it was a pleasure working with Delia. And I would recommend her to family and friends or anyone that’s trying to buy or sell a house.
