I personally would not do it. My sister did years ago. She was living out of state and relied on her Realtor to view and took her through the house via video. After she moved in she saw many things she did not like. She did have an inspection but that only discussed repairs. She then went to the Realtor and said, you didn’t show me this or that. Option Pending is in place during the Option Period. The option period is the time where the buyer has the option of canceling the contract for any reason. Pending is after the option period and the sale is in escrow. It means the sale is Pending until closing.
