Deb and Mark were Foster Parents for many years, providing a safe and loving home for babies, toddlers, and school-age children. This experience changed their lives and eventually led to the adoption of their youngest daughter. Deb founded a support group called Focus on Friends-Katy, Texas, for families with special needs children who are in need of a friend and social life.
