We couldn t have asked for a better real estate agent than David Atkins. He was constantly educating us about how the house buying and selling process works which we loved , he was extremely patient with us when we were indecisive, he was extremely knowledgeable about the Southgate area I don t think anyone knows that area better than he does , and he was very strategic about how to make an offer that would be accepted. We think it s safe to say that we would not have been successful at purchasing our new home had David Atkins not been our real estate agent.

David helped us every step of the way We were first time homebuyers and despite how many books we read about homeownership we had a lot of blindspots He was attentive to our biggest concerns and needs and had the experience to point things out to us that we weren t even aware of His professionalism is top tier and his network is extensive He gave us multiple recommendations for lenders inspectors contractors and even after our home purchase he continues to advise us He has a great sense of humor and is able to educate in a way that didn t make us feel small We never felt pressure to use his people or make a decision prematurely David has my highest recommendation
