There is frankly nothing that Cynthia could improve on. She was professional,caring,knowledgeable, willing to accommodate all our needs. We were in California waiting to sell our house and she even FaceTimed us open houses for us to look at. I have never experienced dedication like she gives. she listened to all our needs and wants and even went the extra mile on just about everything. I honestly will be grateful for the rest of my days and am proud to say she has a special place in our hearts. She has the patience of a saint if I’m honest even when things didn’t go as planned she was our calming factor. We honestly adore her. We would recommend her to anyone who needs that special home, she will find it.

Cindy was amazing. She wasnt even the listing agent for the property and still went above and beyond for us to get us into our home. She was so friendly and if she didnt know the information (due to it not being her listing) she found the information for us asap. She even went above and beyond for us when we were signing paperwork by giving our kids paper and pencils to color so we could get everything done. When it comes time for us to buy our own home I plan on going back through her because of how amazing and helpful and knowledgeable she was!

My situation was unique because I could not sell the house until the probate was done from my late husbands estate. I had buyers and they waited 4 months until that was finalized. I believe Cynthia had a lot to do with the fact those buyers hung on so long. She was constantly in contact with their realtor. I was very pleased with everything.
