She has over 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry starting a career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in customer service. From there she advanced to work specifically with escrow accounts and home loans, and than again advancing to assisting with more difficult loans that entailed Modifications, Short sales, and Foreclosures, allowing her to have a broad understanding of knowledge in all aspects of how home loans can be created specifically for each clients needs. In 2018, Crystal and her family relocated from the West Coast to Houston, Tx.
