Hi, I usually print the MLS (basic info), my bio flyer, SD, sign in sheet and if house has down payment programs, I’ll print that and that will lead me to getting their emails. I may not supply all of it to every house but for the most part I do. If the price seems a little high, I’ll print out a CMA.
