Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use City land resources. Chantell always had a passion for Real Estate, and her evolution to Real Estate began when she started performing Site Acquisition work for cell towers. Within a few months on the job she obtained her Real Estate license and began following her true passion Real Estate.
