Celestine Moore Bio

Celestine is a native Texan who grew up in metropolitan Houston. She and her husband have bought and sold several homes and relocated. Because buying or selling a home is one of the largest investments of a lifetime the process can be confusing, frustrating, and indecisive. It's important to have a full-time experienced professional with a background in financing, helping you from the start of this transaction to closing. Throughout her extensive career helping clients make real life changing decisions she has mastered many facets of the industry by staying abreast of the economy, how the real estate market changes, and learning negotiating techniques to help clients earn the most value with the least hassle whether they were buying, selling, or investing.

Planning and preparation, marketing, level up technology, and negotiating are tools she willingly offers when your timing is right. She is ready to meet. It is an important first step to listen to your needs, consult, and advise on the entire business transaction, and understand what you want to accomplish whether long term or immediately. She helps both buyers, sellers or investors that are A+ luxury, downsizers, moving up, relocating, first timers and credit challenged.

When not working she enjoys spending quality time in church ministries, relaxing with family or friends, and volunteering at various assisted living facilities. Can I find a single family home to rent in Houston with poor credit and high income?

Since your eviction has been over 5 years, you're a veteran and currently showing excellent rental history you will be able to rent or purchase.
