Brooke is a very helpful realtor that helped us even before we were ready to buy! We were in the process of moving to Texas from out of state and we were contacted by Brooke through har.com because we were interested in a property. She scheduled to call us the following month after our move and she followed up every time afterward. She helped us negotiate a great deal for a great house in a great school district and neighborhood. We would have never been able to find this house on our own without her help. Being new to the area and a first time home buyer, Brooke Spossey was exactly what my wife and I needed. Her knowledge of the market and enthusiastic participation throughout the entire process was much appreciated. We can be a little picky or indecisive at times and our list of wants/needs may have changed once or twice but she was eager to refine her search criteria and promptly present new listings specifically for us. Buying a home is somewhat intimidating but working with the right agent certainly makes the experience pleasant or exciting rather than stressful and painstaking. Our first two agents never instilled much confidence in me nor did they seem to care about my growing families needs. Brooke did. We've already recommended Brooke Spossey to our friends and fellow church goers which is not something I do lightly but she more than earned it. The home we're in is fantastic but if we ever find ourselves in need of a good realtor again, we know just who to call.
