Bren knew all my needs and wants and what I expected out of her role as my Realtor. I am Disabled and Bren walked me through selling my childhood home from beginning to end with grace and professionalism!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone without any hesitation what so ever!!!

Bren was referred to us by 1 of our realtor friends. This couldn't of been a better match for us. Bren was finding a variety of different homes to see she even found some that we hadn't thought of looking at. Bren went well above and beyond what we expected a realtor to do. We thought we knew what we wanted and the areas we were wanting to stay in, but thanks yo Bren we went out of our comfort zones and seen what other places offered. Bren worked tirelessly with us looking at well over 80 houses. She never once complained and she never once tried to push a home on us. She picked up on what we liked and kinda what we were looking for and finally found it!! It's definitely not in an area we were looking to move based on commute but the 1st house on our last day turned out to be the one. We love our new home and we knew with out Bren and her advice and getting us out of our comfort zones we might of missed out. Bren is a truly 1 of a kind realtor, who went way above and beyond what normal ones would do. She never complained after long drives and 13 houses in 1 day and nothing felt right to us. She just said alright so what time tomorrow,lol, and shed go home and start a new search for us. She stuck by us through the whole process,kept us informed and was always available if we needed to talk or show her homes we found.. We highly recommend Bren and her company to anyone looking for a home. They go above and beyond what's expected.We feel as if Bren,Josh and the girls are a part of our family too. You build relationship with your realtor but with Bren it grew into a very nice friendship for years to come. Bren and Josh were super attentitive. My husband and I had tons of questions randomly throughout the entire process. They never failed to answer us promptly. We used them both for the sale of our original home and again when we bought our new home two months later. When either one of them was with us we had their undivided attention. Every time we went out to look at houses, Bren would show up with a folder of all of the information on all of the houses that we were interested in looking at. If we wanted to know something about a house we were in it was all right there which helped us narrow down our choices. Once we put in an offer Bren stayed on top of everything. She negotiated with the sellers, she touched bases with our lender, she would send me reminders of things we still had to get done. She really made the whole process seamless.
