This is the only low rating I have gotten in my 12 year career. You received the same high level of service that I provide all of my clients, but were disappointed about something that you failed to communicate. I was successful at negotiating a high end refrigerator of your choice, washer, dryer, blinds, and significant seller concessions for you. Days before closing, you mentioned that you expected a different kind of blinds, I simply said "Had you told me earlier, I would have negotiated the specific blinds you wanted." Nonetheless to remedy the misunderstanding I PAID the builder to upgrade to the blinds you wanted. I'm unsure how you would have known if I was ever late because the builder and I on occasion waited up to 45 mins for you to arrive at scheduled appointments. Lastly, I missed closing because you rescheduled closing at the last minute.
