Sign into you HAR member dashboard, and use the Search feature and type ”forms”. You will see an option for “FORMS MANAGER”. Click this. From here, you can search for any form you may need. I hope this helps.
Erik, it definitely sounds like you have most of the problem worked out. I am not aware of a form that would cover this and in all of my years, I have never really needed one. The biggest caution I can make to you is before you do any of this, is to make sure that your title company is completely on board and part of the process. The contract can be between the vendor and the homeowner and a copy should be provided to the title company along with all contact information so that the agreement for the vendor to be paid upon closing is clear and established prior to the work being done. After that, you should be good to go. Best of luck to you.
There are a few tools that can actually give you some of this information. The tool I believe you are referring to is the “ListHub Dashboard” tool. It has a ton of great data about your listing data and the tracking stats amongst Zillow and Homes.com. It definitely let you know which one of your properties is getting the most attention. Another great tool I have used for years to help inform my clients and also keep me updated as to the traffic stats of my listings is called “MarketInsight”. This tool provides your client with quite a bit of detail on web traffic and statistics to your clients email directly on a recurring basis that you set. You can also CC yourself so that you and your clients are on the same page. You will need to make sure that you are a platinum member in order to take advantage of this tool.
