HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I hope that you and those you love were able to celebrate, be present, and truly thankful for one another this month.
Your market update: we are seeing steady listing of homes, negotiations, and interest rate fluctuations which are all positives. On the leasing side, we have a strong market and many of those homes are seeing less days on the market as well as fast responses to inquiries and applications.
