Antonio did a fantastic job selling one of my rental properties 2 years ago. So when I decided to put another property on the market, I immediately contacted him. The market had become tougher for the sellers due to the interest rate hikes. The timing was not ideal because of approaching holidays. The house needed a lot of renovation. On top of that I lived out of town It was a process I initially found daunting and stressful. Antonio professionally addressed every concerns, guided the whole renovation project, and swiftly resolved any unexpected issues throughout the process.
