can you view a home that states its under contract pending?


Typically only inspection appointments and final walk throughs are allowed once a property goes under contract. If the status is 'Pending Cont To Show' then the seller is allowing additional showing appointments and you could go see it but this happens more...Posted 6 months ago

If a builder has a listing in MLS stating Buyer Commission of 3.5%, are they required to honor that commission percentage?


If it's advertised as such then they should honor it. At the end though, to enforce it, you may have to bring it to litigation which is never fun.Posted 7 months ago
