I was so fraustrated at my financial situation, due to my bad credit score. Which led me to meeting several hackers online, who claimed to help me but worsened it all. Why are more homeowners selling their homes within 5 years as opposed to the former 7 year timeframe?...

I would be interested to learn where you heard that sellers are selling more often? Please include your source if possible. The last I heard homeowners are staying in their homes longer, up to 10 years instead of 7 years.
