Are you seeing more buyers making multiple offers to lock properties down?

Yes, I've heard of such, but submitting multiple offers to lock down a home is a bit risky, what happens if more then one offer is accepted at one time? I rather advise my buyer to be very aggressive in their home search and not wait a day or two later more...Posted 9 years ago

What's the Difference between a "Listing Agent" and "Selling Agent"?

To make a patio/guest room in back, should I need to get a permission from city/HOA or any?

Your homeowner association may require approval to build a patio/guest room. If your home is in an HOA, you can be threatened with fines and a lawsuit if you build or try to build any "Improvement" without getting "permission"

Bathtubs or walk-in showers?

A large walk-in shower could be a selling feature, the industry trend is to have walk-in spa showers. If I was planning on renovating a walk-in shower, I would make sure there is at least one bathtub somewhere else in the home..Posted 10 years ago
