Do you guys accept vouchers?


Lots of agents can find you a place which accepts. But it's not up to the owner or agent, the property has to be approved by the voucher provider. Section 8 for example has limitations on price and has certain standards for condition.Posted 9 months ago

Is there any way to check records to see if a house has flooded previously? Other than the SD


If the house was originally built with hardwoods (all were, up to 1969) and they are gone, it has flooded. If the hardwoods look too new (not just refinished.. there is a difference), it flooded. If the house is under 200k and in a flood area, it flooded more...Posted 3 years ago
