What does listing status "Offer(s) Received" mean? Is it actually Active or Pending?


This is not a correct status but might be something the realtor has written in the private agent remarks. If so, it simply means he has received offer(s) and is reviewing them and you should hurry if you indeed want to make an offer.nPosted 8 years ago

How do I find out if a house has sustained flood damage?
