Is there a way to show the data on HAR of a house you sold that was not on MLS?


I don't believe so, in order for the information to populate the listing has to be in mls. Other then that they will keep calling. Hope this helps and if there is a way i'd like to know. Posted 9 years ago

When is it safe to let others know you have a new house and are moving without the fear of the deal falling through?


Always best to wait until the deal is finalized. Anything before that time hinges on a "prayer" that the deal will close. Being over zealous in this situation in the long run can cost your money.
