A bedroom must have a closet, a window, and direct access to a bathroom. (The bathroom must be on the same level as the bedroom and must contain a shower or bathtub.) I'm not sure of an MLS rule.Posted 11 years ago

I don't show homes that are option pending. If the buyers love it they will be comparing every other home to a home that will more than likely not be available. As far as the listing side, it is a decision the seller must make. Posted 11 years ago
