What does "New Constr:" represent when searching for a home?

You should definitely have your own representation/REALTOR. Any licensed REALTOR in Texas can represent you in a lease, purchase, or sale of a home. As stated before you need your own agent that can represent your best interests.

Is it a detached garage if it has a breezeway between it and the residence but the same roof line?


Hello RK,

As stated previously. A detached garage is any garage that does not have a door that opens directly into the home from the garage. Another way to look at it is if the garage does not share a wall with the home it is detached.
