What do you do if the school the house was zoned to is changed while Buyer is under contract?


This should have been disclosed before purchasing, i am sure the seller's were aware. School boundary changes are normally not an over night matter they are planned and approved years in advance. Seller and agent can be held liable. Posted 9 years ago

Should deed restrictions allow for no or limited open house signage?


Seen For sale in windows only in condos/townhouses deed restrictions just not open house signs. The covenants can establish any deed restrictions they choose, i could understand if it is a extremely exclusive community. Posted 9 years ago
