I Know You have the right to be present when the offer is presented to the seller. You can find that in the NAR Handbook on MLS Policies, but have never had to do it. I have also heard there is a document that you can request the seller's signature of receipt of the offer? Should i contact the listing agent's broker to be sure? Any Suggestions would be helpful, Thanks!

Great answer Linda. I also add in my email to "Please verify receipt" if I don't hear back within 2 hours I resend until I get a confirmation email from the listing agent.

The form I have used on occasion is an HAR form called "Evidence of Presentation of Earnest Money Contract". It is in the HAR Library on ZipForms.
