How would I go about finding the sale price of lake water front properties in Texas in 2004?


Go to the tax accessories office of that counties website, tax records are public information and some times it will have the last sales price. If not, contact your Realtor and they can look it up fairly quick. Posted 9 years ago

What is the legal age to purchase a home and does someone have to have a social security number for a cash sale?


Own at any age or no age (think trust or corporation) , but getting loans, signing contracts, etc is a separate issue. Age of majority (legal age to enter contracts) in Texas is 18.
