I always send the har.com listing straight to my seller as soon as I have it finished in the system so they can proof it for any errors and have the first opportunity to see it.

The Title company will do a search and find all of the information they need to close the sale. If there is something else they cannot get access to they will ask you for a copy, but your Deed is public record.Posted 10 years ago
