I always send the har.com listing straight to my seller as soon as I have it finished in the system so they can proof it for any errors and have the first opportunity to see it. Ask your Realtor to email it to you.Posted 10 years ago

To sell a house do I need my copy of the dee?


The Title company will do a search and find all of the information they need to close the sale. If there is something else they cannot get access to they will ask you for a copy, but your Deed is public record.Posted 10 years ago
