Anne Werner was simply wonderful from start to finish. We were selling our property from out of town and Anne made the process so much easier for us. She recommended and arranged for contractors to get the house in showing condition, performed analysis on comps to provide guidance on an appropriate sales price, marketed the place superbly, hosted back to back open houses, negotiated with the buyers agent on inspection outcomes and even got her hands dirty trying to get our pool heater functioning again! Anne was all over every detail across the entire process, leveraged her local network expertly and communicated with us promptly and effectively.
