Being an out of state investor, my knowledge of the local market was very limited. Ann stepped in and stepped up to educate me with her hyperlocal knowledge of the Houston housing market. She is phenomenal at what she does.
Ann was open and honest with the assessments of the properties I wanted to tour. This integrity was what I was looking for in a Realtor. Her first and foremost concerns were my needs in this investment.
