This is our second time working with Ann, first time Ann helped us to sell and this time to buy. We sold our house when the pandemic just started and things were very uncertain. She managed to sell it for the best price possible, and in a very short time. This was before the market went crazy. We moved to WA state for a year and came back in 2021. The market had changed drastically by then. With a very little inventory and houses selling extremely fast, we were worried if we would be able to find a home for us. We had a weekend to buy a house and with Anns help we were able to buy the best house on the market that had multiple offers. Whether selling or buying, Ann always delivers top notch services. During the whole period she will always stay in contact with you and that’s very important. Ann really goes above and beyond for her clients. Working with many other realtors throughout many years, Ann is our absolute favorite.
