I am a Houstonian born and raised and have grown up all over the Houston area as a child. As an adult I settled down in the more northern parts of Houston in The Woodlands and Spring area. I have seen Houston grow so much over the years, and am amazed by how much it is continually changing.
I originally got into Real Estate to help my husband who after 14 years in Real Estate decided to become a Real Estate Broker. I was a little nervous about the transition because I always kind of viewed Real Estate as a salesy gig. I knew my husband was never the type to use a high-pressure salesy approach, but for some reason I was just worried that he was not the norm, and thought that in order to succeed in normal Real Estate life you had to be aggressive and superficial.
I am so thankful to say, that is not the case! Real Estate is about building relationships, serving others, making connections, never ending learning and growing. It is an opportunity to share in one of the most memorable times in people's lives. There will always be ups and downs in EVERY transaction, but it is such a blessing to be there to support, encourage, and help people through these situations! I am proud to say I am in a business of serving others, I just happen to sell Real Estate!

I believe this question requires a bit more information. Are you wanting to see how many showings a home you have listed has had? Or are you wondering how many showing a house someone else has listed has had? If it is your listing and you are trying to give your clients an update on how many showings they have had & you are using Showing Smart, you can setup a MarketInsight Report for your clients. From the HAR homepage search MarketInsight, & click on it. It should show you your listing and you can choose the parameters of the information it will send out on a weekly/monthly basis. If you are looking for how many showings someone else's listing has had, I am not sure there is a way, other than asking the listing agent. Usually I can tell how popular a listing is by how many days/times are blocked out when scheduling. But of course it only shows that if it was setup to not allow overlapping appointments. Hopefully this helps.
I have a listing right now with this exact same thing, except the actual owner passed away 2015, & the fraudsters went in & posed as her & did the transfer in 2016. The estate owner didn't realize this happened until 2019. They had turned it into a rental property & then had thoughts of selling. They put the sale on hold to investigate the issue & spoke with several lawyers who quoted big bucks to resolve the issue. So they continued renting it. The fraudsters never did anything to claim the property during the whole time 2016-now. The estate owner found one lawyer that told them they could try to resolve it by speaking with the county clerks office & bringing the death certificate. Or they had the option to sell the property & they said the Title company should be able to help in getting the issue resolved. I would recommend talking to the county clerks office, and ask them how to resolve this, as I have a feeling they may deal with this often. In our case, Title was easily able to get it fixed for the estate owners, with the death certificate. But obviously your owners are still alive.
The specific type of files that can be uploaded to HAR attachments are PDF's. In regards to what files can you upload to HAR documents: agents can post a lot of documents like disclosures, inspections, special addendums for AGENTS ONLY. Other documents that you can set for the public to have access to include a survey, floorplans, list of upgrades.
