Hey Nichole. I'd recommend first reaching out to your network for referrals and/or recommendations of agents they've had great experiences with. Combine that with searching through reviews, online presence, etc. Once you've settled on a few possibilities, reach out for a quick call and/or meeting to discuss whether or not y'all may be a good fit.
