During the craziest market we've seen, Alex continued to give us hope and never gave up until we found our dream home. He responded to every phone call and text message; he was available 24/7. One of Alex's priorities was to make sure we did not over spend on a home he didn't believe was worth the value. Alex researched each home we were interested in and ran comps in the neighborhood to find the perfect offer. Let me just say this, he was spot on when it came to how much he believed the house would appraise for, making our offer match.
