Alan was a professional in all aspects of the process. We never felt like we were in the dark with what was happening. When we had a question, he explained thoroughly. We interviewed other agents,but Alan was the only one with which we felt comfortable. We priced the house at the high end of the market. Lowered the selling price eventually to what Alan said we could expect to get. Alan had 3 open houses, so he was willing to invest his time. We had a solid offer within 30 days of putting the house on the market. Ultimate sale price was within $1500 of what he predicted. You always hope for more, but the whole process can be exhausting so we accepted. Biggest financial transaction of our life. Always felt Alan was protecting our interests. I would recommend him without reservation. He was properly aggressive as a salesman. Always honest.
