Best agent out there in the Houston market you can work with. Provides valuable feedback on what you're looking for and works very diligently on working you're looking for. If you're not ready to move fast and or not serious about the property you're looking for, Wale may not be the right person. Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale is well connected and was able to provide references for everyone including home inspectors, lenders, property managers, insurance agents, etc. He made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish and we made our first investment in the Houston area.
