This paved the way for her to optimize her skills in consultation services, negotiating offers, marketing listings, client representation, and project management. Kari then pivoted her real estate focus into the residential market when she moved to Texas. She firmly believes every place called home is where memories are made and cherished. As a mom and understanding her own family's lifestyle and needs, Kari knows choosing a home is a significant decision. She has built her business based on strong communication, dedication, and determination in support of her client's real estate needs.

Al Cannistra is a Texas licensed Broker / REALTOR in the San Antonio area and a property Tax Arbitrator for the State of Texas. Born and raised in Chicago, he relocated to San Antonio in 2004 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. Prior to real estate, Al served as a vice president of a billion dollar multi-national consumer products company. His office specializes in residential properties in the northern area of the city and into the start of Hill Country.
