“Paperwork incorrect zip code striked through and initialed , did not send agreements timely or via Docusign, failed to send amendments to contract until expiration, resulting in two breach of contracts. Did not communicate regularly or respond timely. Often had higher priorities such as other home showings, traveled without cellphone internet reception. Did not communicate closing dates two changes to closing dates, did not get seller authorization of delay in two closing dates due to buyer lender change did not appear at two scheduled closings that were confirmed with First American Title. Would not negotiate realtor commission fees in anticipation of realtor marketing or gap in closing out of pocket fees that seller paid for. Communicated via email during odd hours after midnight or before 5am . House on market for one day and received offer on first showing. Realtor was very nice and personable but lacked professionalism and failed to provide proper fiduciary representation and buyer agency.”
