I firmly believe that we would not have been able to sell our house without Lauren! As a single, older first-time homebuyer, I enlisted help from Lauren. Her experience and professionalism made the process that much easier for me. We probably put in more hours visiting new builds, partial builds and models in the Tomball area before finalizing the contract. Lauren was there to assist me with the design options that were available. She helped identify an inspector on my behalf and communicated throughout the entire 4-month build process. After the walk-thru and noting corrections needed, Lauren continued to monitor everything up through closing. I would recommend Lauren for all of your real estate needs - selling, buying or renting!
