Kelly Howell

Kelly Howell is a fourth generation Houstonian. This gives her deep knowledge and appreciation of Houston and all it has to offer. Kelly's rich background in the sales arena started right after she graduated from the University of Texas. She's been in sales her entire professional career. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a highly successful national sales executive in the hospitality industry. She decided to trade in her frequent flier miles for the comforts of home – and home sales.

When approaching a transaction, she embraces the philosophy of a "win-win" situation for all parties involved. She is accustomed to addressing many moving parts at one time and is diligent in making certain each detail is met with perfection.

Kelly sells in all of Houston's premier neighborhoods. She realizes the importance of staying abreast of the market trends and keeps her clients informed of the ever-changing world of real estate.

A former nationally ranked swimmer, she understands hard work, discipline, and keeping up with the details. Additionally, her competitive spirt serves her clients well when negotiating all aspects of a real estate transaction. She is tenacious, trust-worthy and reliable; a great combination when helping people with the important decision of purchasing or selling a home. Her keen organizational skills and great eye for detail yields a seamless transaction from contract to closing.

Kelly is a graduate of The University of Texas where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. Passionate about giving back to the community, Kelly is involved in The National Charity League, Friends of CanCare, and is a past member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (founding member of the Gate Keeper's Committee). Kelly is founder of Middle Sister running team and is long-time member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.

Kelly has two teenage daughters, giving her strong familiarity with Houston's public and private school scenes. In her free time, you can catch her at a sporting event, local wine tasting, of travelling.
