“Jessica was very personable, professional and kept our interest in focus. We put our home up for sale in a soft time of year. Given the uniqueness of the home age, style, etc it was a challenge to align comparable properties in the area as most properties in the area are single family condos. Because of this situation, there was a concern that we needed to quickly drop pricing to gain traction with the listing. We had less traffic than anticipated and really didn t have many serious offers, causing us to settle lower than we had hoped. In the end, we were under contract in 60 days which wasn t bad considering the Price tier of the home and were able to sell prior to the further softness of the local market driven by the current economic conditions.”
