One of the main reasons we are seeing price increases within our community is due to not having enough houses on the market. We are in a sellers market until we see an increase in home listings so if you are thinking of selling your home.  Now is the time.

"HOME PRICES ACROSS THE U.S. surged more than 10% in December, indicating a strong demand in the housing market.

According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices, home prices increased 10.4% in December from the prior year, continuing the trend of accelerating prices that began in Summer 2020 as the coronavirus pandemic drove people from urban apartments to buy suburban homes."
