ARTAVIA is a master planned community nestled on the southeast side of Conroe. A short 15 minute drive to the Exxon-Mobil building in The Woodlands, only 11 minutes from Highway 45 in The Woodlands and 11 minutes to the Grand Parkway make this community a convenient location for commuters while still being able to enjoy living outside the city limits!
