Dirt Roads

I grew up in Montgomery County, the far east side of Conroe. I remember my childhood being simple. Our road was dirt, Brookshire Brothers was closed on Sunday, we waved at passing vehicles on the street.  My dad worked for the County and helped to build Highway 242 in the 90's. That was only the beginning of the growth I saw. There is still so much potential growth available in my small hometown of Grangerland and all surrounding areas of Montgomery County. Conroe and The Woodlands are steadily growing with communities and industry improvements.

I have followed the real estate market since purchasing our first home in 1998. The tremendous growth in the area, the new communities coming to town, the changing flooding status, have all affected our home values.  I am pleased to be a part of the community housing needs. I am honored to be able to lead and work for buyers and sellers to get the most of their money and help them find their perfect little nest to settle in to.

I decided to start a blog to highlight all the wonderful things about my hometown. When I say hometown, I mean all of Montgomery County. Being from a small town, we traveled 29 miles one way to get to school (Conroe High). We traveled to New Caney, Porter, Conroe and The Woodlands to shop. I am very familiar with just about every part of Montgomery County and the outlying boundaries. Being smack dab in the middle of Interstate 45 and Highway 59 is such a convenience. There is so much to do, so much to see!

I hope you find some value in my content. I love exploring and I love food! Bon Voyage!
