Hello friend. Today, I wanted to share with you the most popular and best master-planned communities of Hockley, Texas. To be considered for this list, you need to be master-planned and be highly desirable for one reason or another. Most of these neighborhoods and communities have the best amenities around, and each one is loved for different reasons. Location with proximity to Houston or major highways, one of the fastest-growing and most desirable suburbs in Houston, and also home to the biggest retail and entertainment complexes, are the top three reasons why someone considers one neighborhood over the other. If you need help navigating neighborhoods in the Houston Suburbs or Hockley, please reach out to me. Hugs, Jo. Schedule a call with Jordan.

1. Stone Creek Ranch - I love everything about Stone Creek Ranch in Hockley, Texas. It's a beautiful community that is surrounded by lakes and has a small town feel, but it's also minutes from Highway 290 and FM 1960. Homeowners at Stone Creek Ranch are just minutes from all of life's necessities: excellent schools, a wide selection of grocery stores, and medical care. Also, just 5 miles away from major employers like Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital and the Houston Premium Outlet Mall. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 3.19%.

2. Dellrose - This is a 600-acre master-planned community in Hockley, Texas, with homes built by five award-winning homebuilders. Located just north of Highway 290 at Bauer Road in northwest Houston, Dellrose offers residents convenient access to the Grand Parkway as well as prime dining and recreation opportunities in nearby cities like Cypress. The community has amazing amenities like evening walks along scenic winding trails and weekends spent splashing in a resort-style pool. The 2023 tax rate for Dellrose is 3.73%.

3. Clear Creek Forest - One of the things I love about Clear Creek Forest is its secluded feel, while still being close to local amenities. The natural stacked stone monuments with native grasses and plants emphasize the community's sustainable, natural beauty. You can also enjoy a short drive to The Woodlands and Tomball, as well as Lake Conroe and the new Grand Parkway 99. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 2.02%.
