One thing I always remind my buyers is stop listening to the national media..real estate is local.

Today, we'll explore the market in the master-planned community of Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland, TX.Shadow Creek Ranch offers homebuyers a great location near the intersection of South Hwy 288 and Beltway 8, offering ease of access to so many areas of Houston: the Texas Medical Center, Stafford, Sugar Land, Downtown, the Galleria and to the south to Lake Jackson/Freeport.

It's lushly landscaped boulevards, community lakes and abundance of recreational amenities including miles of walking/biking trails, tennis courts, parks, sand volleyball court, recreation center, putting green and 4 community swimming pools have made this a popular community year after year.
