I am truly excited about my role as Branch Manager for such an incredibly dynamic and talented group of sales associates. I began my real estate career with Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS in 2007. Since then I have gained experience in a variety of areas throughout the industry and have assisted many agents in implementing new procedures and systems. I'm looking forward to assisting both new and experienced agents in learning more about the industry and helping them take advantage of all of the tools available they need to reach their goals.

A lifetime resident of Lake Jackson, TX , I have a native's understanding of the Brazosport area. I went to school here and am thrilled to see my children do the same. My husband and I are active real estate investors and understand the unique needs and challenges of these types of properties. In 2016, I began my real estate career with the renowned and respected Century 21 real estate agency. Over the course of the next six years with Century 21, I worked diligently to build my skill, dedication, and relentlessly pursue client satisfaction with every sale. My commitment to providing unparalleled service and achieving outstanding results earned me a position among the top 2% of Century 21 agents in the state of Texas.


Fueled by a desire to take my career to the next step and provide an even higher level of service to my clients, I decided in 2022 to open my own brokerage, The Sold Company.

With 15+ years of experience in the industry, I have a wide range knowledge in Residential, Commercial & Relocation Real Estate. I have worked with a variety of clients including first-time home buyers, investors, and buyer/sellers looking to downsize, upgrade or make a change. I have a deep understanding of the local market and am skilled at negotiating deals and finding properties that meet my clients needs and budget. I am a top producing agent recognized by Coldwell Banker with multiple prestigious awards. I am happily married to the love of my life, the proud mother of two Realtors® who work along side me, and one stepdaughter. I am a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Team Lead of Koppe Group.

Nicki is a Brazoria County native, graduate of Columbia High School. She resides in Freeport with her husband and best friend. They have 2 grown children, and a bonus daughter from China. Nicki began her real estate career in 2017 when she moved into a position as a licensed transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. She obtained a wealth of knowledge during her time there, before transitioning into a full-time realtor. She has handled hundreds of files from execution to closing, no two alike, giving her a diverse portfolio. Her attention to detail, care for each client and use of organizational systems have helped her be successful and ensure a smooth transaction for her clients. From volunteering and being part of the community and local organizations, she's created a large sphere of friends and affiliates, giving her a wide sphere to market her client's homes to. She looks at other agents as coworkers and seeks to maintain positive relationships with other realtors, lenders and title companies. She is also passionate about emotional healing, and the tools she's gained from her own journey are such an asset in a highly emotionally charged industry. Sue Cornell, a senior associate with Coldwell Banker Ultimate REALTORS, has more than 36 years' experience in the real estate industry. Her designations include CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). She specializes in working with buyers and sellers, selling new and pre-owned homes. Additionally, she is established with local builders and offers assistance on new home builds. Cornell continues to be a driving force with the Brazoria County Board of Realtors. She has served as Regional Vice President and TREPAC Trustee for The Texas Association of Realtors. Sue maintains her status as a top producer in her market. She was chosen KEY REALTOR in 2002 and has served in all capacities with the local board of realtors.
