Prior to real estate Wayne was in retail sales where he was a recognized regional leader in associate development, customer service, team building and strategic planning in the optical field. He spent the last fourteen years in consultative sales listening to and then filling the needs of his clients. Wayne's extensive background with customer relationships, developed the expertise to adapt to individual clients requirements in the real estate market.
In Wayne's own words,"My wife and I have spent thirty years enjoying each other's company. She is my strength, my support, and my best friend. I have two children, a daughter and a son; both have given us two grandchildren each. We have lived for in Conroe for nineteen years on seven acres raising horses and relishing the country life. For hobbies I enjoy woodworking, in sports I attained a black belt in Kung Fu and in Kuk Sool Won. My daughter is also a black belt in American Karate as is her husband. I am a veteran of the U.S.Army where I served as a OH58 helicopter repairman in Kitzingen,Germany.
Wayne enjoys being an active member of our community and appreciates the opportunities to serve and connect with others. His involvement as a Diplomat with the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce affords current information about our area. His other strong passion is for the Conroe Noon Lions Club. This wonderful charity organization gives back to the community everyday. Wayne was accepted into Montgomery County's Guardian Angel Program.

How do I get the timing right so that you can simultaneously sell the home your living in and buy the home you want to move into. Most often you need the money from the sale of your home to purchase the next home.\nFirst hire an agent like me that will tell you what you need to hear not what you just want to hear. Price your home according to the market and keep it in sale condition, clean inside and out and in good repair. This will get it sold the quickest. Add a lease back if needed which keeps you in the home until the next home is ready. \nDetermine what your needs are in the next home and make it your job to find it. You should only look at those homes that meet your needs. When you find the right home don\'t hesitate. Make an offer. There is always one more to look at if you don\'t make the decision. Talk with your realtor and follow their advice. \nContingent contract is submitted if your home has not sold yet. Lots of communication between your agent and you and the other side buying or selling will make for a much smoother transition. Call me.\n

Check with your agent first, but yes there is plenty that a seller can do to help market their home. Contact all your friends, family, work associates, and social media contacts to let them know your home is for sale. The hard part is, when interest is shown do not talk to buyers yourself, it never fails that the seller will inadvertently give away valuable info that can benefit the buyer and harm the seller.
