Prior to real estate Wayne was in retail sales where he was a recognized regional leader in associate development, customer service, team building and strategic planning in the optical field. He spent the last fourteen years in consultative sales listening to and then filling the needs of his clients. Wayne's extensive background with customer relationships, developed the expertise to adapt to individual clients requirements in the real estate market.
In Wayne's own words,"My wife and I have spent thirty years enjoying each other's company. She is my strength, my support, and my best friend. I have two children, a daughter and a son; both have given us two grandchildren each. We have lived for in Conroe for nineteen years on seven acres raising horses and relishing the country life. For hobbies I enjoy woodworking, in sports I attained a black belt in Kung Fu and in Kuk Sool Won. My daughter is also a black belt in American Karate as is her husband. I am a veteran of the U.S.Army where I served as a OH58 helicopter repairman in Kitzingen,Germany.
Wayne enjoys being an active member of our community and appreciates the opportunities to serve and connect with others. His involvement as a Diplomat with the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce affords current information about our area. His other strong passion is for the Conroe Noon Lions Club. This wonderful charity organization gives back to the community everyday. Wayne was accepted into Montgomery County's Guardian Angel Program.

Check with your agent first, but yes there is plenty that a seller can do to help market their home. Contact all your friends, family, work associates, and social media contacts to let them know your home is for sale. The hard part is, when interest is shown do not talk to buyers yourself, it never fails that the seller will inadvertently give away valuable info that can benefit the buyer and harm the seller.
