Vic and Karishma are truly real estate experts. They are we’re very patient with all the questions i asked about the contract. Vic was instrumental in finding us an amazing rental house in record speed that zoned to one of the best elementary schools. This was in a overheated rental market in Katy where each rental property had multiple offers within hours. This was my second experience with the Asrani Group. In 2016, I sold our home in Meyerland after a flood and subsequent renovations. I relied on Vic’s expertise to see us through a very challenging experience. We were extremely satisfied with a quick sale that resulted in a sale for more than the asking price. Fast forward to May 2020, I had an immediate need to purchase a condominium in the Memorial area. I was living in California during the entire process. Vic was amazing to have scheduled tours of three properties within a 24-hour turnaround. The sale occurred within 30 days of my phone call to Vic…….quite amazing given the sellers market nationwide.
